(press Green Key and then Key 2 to enable full screen mode, then press Green Key again. In the settings change to sw horizontal. uncheck all player 1 controls settings by pressing Clear Key and set up ur own buttons. press Clear Key on 'Done' to go back)
If Certificate Error appears, set phone date to any 2007, 2008 or 2009 until it installs. Then u can change it back to normal.
Download the zip rom

Don't open the zip rom, just download and save it to any folder. Go to Picodrive and open it. Load the rom where u saved it. It can even open in zip format on the Picodrive. Wait a few minutes for the game to load. If u were taken back to the menu page, press Clear key and start the game. Enjoy!

My favourite character is Chameleon. Here are some of his cheats i made for Chameleon:
Fatality1: → → ↓↓ (close by)
Fatality2: ←→ ↓↓ RUN (anywhere)
Other cheats i made for the first Rayden in the character select screen:
Choose the white and blue Rayden, to finish the opponent with a FERGALITY: ←←← Block.
For easy gameplay and to practice finishing moves, press Clear key and set Frame Skip to 0.
